However, the delivery took closer to 10 days to reach my home in Florida, which was a bit longer than I anticipated, even though it was within their general estimate. Everything was packaged extremely carefully though, no damage at all. The website was easy to use, but maybe they could speed up shipping times slightly for US orders. Still, the quality of the items makes up for the wait.

This was my third order from Serax. I've bought their plant pots before and this time I got some Collages vases. Like my previous experiences, the packaging was excellent; everything arrived intact. Shipping to Texas took about a week, which is consistent with past orders. The quality of the vases is exactly what I've come to expect from them – good weight, nice finish.
